I. General Provisions of Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Laservii products. If you are not satisfied with your purchased items, you may apply for a return through the official store within 30 days after signing for the delivery. All returned products must undergo quality inspection by the warehouse to confirm their condition.

II. Return Application Process

1. Basic Return Requirements
  • The product must be in its original condition: unused, with complete labels, and all packaging and accessories intact; (to be eligible for return service)
  • To return a product, you must first contact the customer service team to obtain an authorized address. Any unauthorized return without confirmation may result in the risk of loss, which shall be borne by the customer.
2. Submission of Application Materials

The email application must include the following information:

  • Order number or original invoice number; for machine products, the serial number on the back of the machine is required;
  • Explanation of the return reason (for quality issues, clear photos/videos must be attached, such as packaging damage, functional failure, etc.);
  • Photos of all six sides of the product and its packaging must be attached;
3. Packaging and Shipping Specifications
  • The product must be returned using the original packaging materials to avoid damage during transportation;
  • After sending out the return shipment, you must inform the customer service and keep the logistics receipt. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer (except for quality issues).
4. Processing Timeframe
  • The warehouse will complete the inspection within 5 working days after signing for the return, and initiate the refund once confirmed;
  • If the returned product has been used/damaged/or has missing accessories, we will not provide return service or may offer a partial refund to compensate for the loss of product value.

III. Refund Rules

  • The refund will be returned via the original payment method within 7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected by the warehouse;
  • Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable (except for quality issues);
  • For orders that are refused to be signed for or returned before delivery, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

IV. Handling of Special Scenarios

1. Returns Due to Quality Issues
  • If the product is damaged during transportation or has production defects, it must be returned within 30 days, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund;
  • For performance failures that occur after 30 days but are within the warranty period, you can apply for warranty service.
2. Requirements for Accessories and Packaging
  • The return must include all original accessories, instruction manuals, and original packaging. Missing items may result in the return being rejected.
3. Products Purchased from Authorized Dealers
  • The return policy for products purchased through dealer channels shall be subject to the dealer's regulations. Please contact the dealer directly for handling.

V. Order Cancellation Rules

1. Voluntary Order Cancellation
  • You can click the "Cancel" button in the account center within 2 hours after placing the order;
  • After 2 hours:
    • For in-stock products, if they have been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must be processed according to the return process;
    • For pre-ordered products, you can contact customer service to try to cancel (before shipment);
    • For shipped orders, you need to apply for a return after signing for the delivery.
2. Circumstances for Platform Cancellation of Orders

Laservii reserves the right to unilaterally cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Purchase violations: excessive purchases by the same account, commercial resale, associated violations of multiple accounts, etc.;
  • Payment abnormalities: payment failure, suspected fraudulent transactions, abuse of coupons, etc.; Cancellation of orders will be notified by email, and the full amount paid will be refunded. The platform shall not be liable for additional losses.

  • Email to marketing@laservii.com, attaching the order number and description of the problem;
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 (UTC+8).

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
