Order Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we’ll send an email with tracking info right away—so you can check the delivery progress anytime!

P.S. It may take 1-3 days for the tracking number to activate. If you can’t find info right away, just try again later!

Regarding Delivery Scope and Restrictions

  • We regret that delivery services are temporarily unavailable to some outlying islands and remote areas (e.g., Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii) of the free shipping countries.
  • Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you need to send products to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Shipping Time and Logistics Options

  • Small parcels for free shipping countries will be delivered via dedicated logistics by default; delivery time may be 5-7 working days later than usual. If you need accessories urgently, contact us to pay an additional fee for express delivery.
  • When products are out of stock in local warehouses (for free shipping countries), they will be shipped from China, which may slightly extend delivery time.
  • Our main shipping carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, 4PX.

Instructions on Fees and Responsibilities

  • The purchase price does not include import duties, value-added taxes, etc. (borne by you).
  • If you refuse the package and it is returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

  2. Tracking hasn’t updated after shipping.

  3. I only received half my order.

    We may split orders into multiple packages (delivery speed varies). Wait 7 days, then contact us for tracking.
  4. Email says "delivered" but I haven’t received it.

    Check local post office/neighbors first. If still missing within 3 days of the last tracking update, contact us with your order/tracking number.
  5. Will I be charged duties?

    All international orders are subject to customs duties (determined by the importing country’s rules, based on product value).
